In January 2006, Cellvine, signed a co-marketing agreement with Lucent Technologies to work together to pursue opportunities with customers in the Caribbean Latin America Region (CALA).This partnership has proved to be a major turning point in Cellvine's market awareness among the world's leading operators resulting in increased earning potential. It is anticipated that the partnership will extend into additional global markets.

In November 2006, Lucent merged with Alcatel to form Alcatel-Lucent Worldwide Services ("ALWS"). The new company has the largest global wireless, wireline and services portfolio in the world, with a local presence in 130 countries. This larger global reach is expected to filter down to Cellvine and assist the company moving forward.
