Neovasc Inc. was a cardiovascular medical device company formed through the combination of Medical Ventures Corp., Neovasc Medical Ltd. and B-Balloon Ltd.

Its technologies included the Neovasc Reducer, developed for the treatment of refractory angina, and the Tiara system, developed for transcatheter mitral valve replacement.

Following the merger, Neovasc became a publicly traded company, providing Peregrine with a public-market exit. Neovasc was later acquired by Shockwave Medical, a U.S.-based cardiovascular medical technology company.
